AMARO MONTENEGRO
1 ounce
AQUAVIT
1 BROWN SUGAR CUBE
10 drops
ROOT BEER BITTERS
ORANGE PEEL
A robust and herbaceous stirred cocktail, with an aromatic citrus lift and more than an air of mystery.
Preparation
Coat the brown sugar cube with the root beer bitters in a rocks glass and muddle. Add the liquid ingredients and stir. Add one large ice cube and stir again. Garnish with an orange peel.
